Vata Relaxing Herbal Tea
Licorice root, orange blossoms, sweet orange peel, hawthorn blossoms, lavender blossoms.
Use a spoonful of product in about a liter of water, boil for about 3 minutes and leave to infuse for about 15-30 minutes. Filter and drink during the day.
