Kapha toning herbal tea

Herbal tea with liquorice root, elderflower, lemon peel, mallow leaves, ginger.

use a spoonful of product in about a liter of water, boil for about 3 minutes and leave to infuse for about 15-30 minutes. Filter and drink during the day.
